Founded in late 2009 by a mobile gaming veteran, GlitchSoft is an independent game studio comprised of talented, dedicated and skilled individuals. The company produces and publishes top quality, original and external party games for the iOS, and soon Android, platform using its own proprietary game development engine and tool set, called the Helios Game Engine. To date, GlitchSoft has published 6 top quality titles on the iOS platform including the recent hit, Destructopus!
With a proven pipeline, GlitchSoft is poised to develop and publish multiple hit titles per year.
Team Experience
With over 12 years of experience in the mobile gaming industry, GlitchSoft’s team has worked on titles for top tier clients including EA, Konami, Paramount Pictures, The New York Times, Activision, PopCap and Disney. Combined, GlitchSoft’s veteran team has completed and shipped over 30 titles from start to finish and the company looks forward to helping more high profile partners reach their goals in the mobile space.

GlitchSoft is backed by investment from the Wesley Clover Group of Companies and has received funding as a part of Wesley Clover’s Digital Media Portfolio. Through the portfolio, GlitchSoft has access to in-house digital entertainment, live action, and animation studios. All of which allow GlitchSoft to maximize flexibility for production while maintaining efficiency.

All of GlitchSoft’s original and leading games are built on the company’s proprietary Helios Game Engine and Tool Chain.
The Helios Game Engine is a data driven engine and tool chain that allows for the maximum amount of creative freedom for the creation of top quality 2D/3D games without sacrificing efficiency and best practice.
Subject to continuous enhancement and improvement, Helios is a battle hardened, robust and agile engine that propels GlitchSoft’s game developments ahead of the competition in terms of originality and quality. Most importantly, the Helios Engine and Tool Chain allows GlitchSoft’s development team to quickly transfer ideas into fully functional and flawless code.
